Search functions within Job Board supported markets.

Job Board / Resume Bank
A Job Board is an interactive, online employment classified
advertising platform whereby organizations pay a nominal fee
to post, or advertise current and/or future vacancies, with
the intent to attract active job seekers to apply to those
advertised opportunities.
A Resume Bank is an interactive, online means of accessing
and identifying those job seekers who voluntarily make their
professional and educational experiences available for employers
looking to match those skill sets to current and/or future
organizational needs. A nominal fee is charged for access
to a Resume Bank. All Job Board Network, Inc. sites are free
for job seeker use.
Executive Search
Executive Search is a professional, consultative service
provided to companies and organizations that need to attract,
hire and develop professionals when all other means have
failed. The service is paid for by the Client Company or
organization--not by the hired job candidate. Executive
Search service fees are paid either on a Contingent, or
Retained basis, based upon the guaranteed first year’s
earnings of affected Candidate(s) presented through the
search firm. These fees typically average $15,000.00 each.
Potential candidates are identified, qualified and presented
by the Executive Search professional, to the Client Company
or organization based upon degree of alignment with the Job
Specification as provided by the client representative(s).
